Another year has passed, and Wales Comic Con has returned again – this time with a change of scenery. This year, it was held at the Llangollen Pavilion, offering a new backdrop for attendees.
Scruff and a couple of friends managed to attend and check out some of the cosplay attendees on display this year. From all across the country and across the gamut of Fantasy and Science Fiction, the cosplayers didn’t disappoint, showcasing their creativity and dedication.
The Venue and Attractions
Although the weather was miserable, spirits were still high. Along the path to the main building, there were attractions made up of familiar movie props and replicas we just had to stop and get a look at.

The Showfloor and Vendors
Once inside, we saw that the interior of the venue had been extended with a marquee allowing more space for atractions and vendors. We were some of the first to arrive, so we took advantage of the quiet to browse the various stalls.

The Cosplayers in Attendance
Of course this being Comic-Con there were plenty of attendees in cosplay. Ranging from budget to professional we tracked down as many as we could find and catch up with.

The more astute may recognise Chainsaw man from last year. we actually briefly chatted with him and he shared how he upgraded the costume, taking a full year to 3D print the arm blades.

This was just a selection of the amazing attendees we managed to snap some photos with on Saturday!
Were you at Wales Comic Con too? Which cosplay was your favourite? Let us know in the comments below — we’d love to hear from you!
